Description
A basic Estate Plan includes a Will, a Power of Attorney and a Health Care Directive. A Trust is another available alternative. The Power of Attorney (POA) and Health Care Directive (HCD) are effective while you are alive to direct what you would like to happen in terms of your finances, (POA) and health (HCD). A Will is only effective upon death. A Trust can be effective immediately, or after death, and set up for almost any purpose, except an illegal purpose.
